Default What colour?

Ok,

Alloys are booked to be refurbed, standard 16" OEM

Looking for suggestions of a suitable colour to match my Nurby Blue. Not thinking colours as in red etc, more shades of greys, silvers etc.

Anthracite?

Pics more than welcome esp of a nurby blue s2000

Help!

I went for black on mine, and it worked really well.

I started off with the original centre caps, but soon changed to black, for the better.

I think anthracite would look really good on a LBB, better than black...sorry Paul

Powdercoating is a more durable way of refurbishing your wheels, rather than spraying, and doesn't necessarily cost you more. Spraying will generally only take place on the predominantly visible parts of a wheel, powdercoating does the whole wheel.

IIRC, Unclefester refurbed his own centre caps using H decals from fleabay...did a good job too

I just took delivery of some 16" in gunmetal powdercoat.

Very nice.

I really like what Wobbly did to his wheels (although I might not go for black), not sure it'd work on the 5 spoke of the 16" though.

Need to do something with mine (keep saying that!)

anthracite does appeal to me, though I'd like to see pictures of a set on a nurby blue car. I geniunely think that it is difficult to imagine a colour that suits the nurby blue

You should PM my mate Lushman. He has this combo and may post up pics. Doesn't look too bad and better than black.
