Default What are my options ?

G'day Folks,

Does any know what options I have on derestricting my S2000 (JDM Model).

My Cluster now does MPH or KPH via the button, so now I need to derestrict it so it doesn't cut out at 112 KPH.

So what are the costs? & options I have?

Cheers
Kiwi

You do mean MPH, don't you?

Mine's been the same ever since I drowned my speedo converter. Will keep an eye on this thread.

The other option is a APEXI RSM

FEATURES

Engine RPM
Vehicle Speed
Travel Distance
Battery Voltage (all which can be displayed in real-time graph mode, or analogue mode; 1-4 channels at a time)
Peak Hold
Replay (60secs)
Speed Limiter Cut (better than buying a delimiter chip which can malfunction. This does it properly, by adjusting it to whatever you want)
0-100m/200m/400m time with Trap Speed
0-100km/h/200km/h/300km/h times
Mid Range Acceleration (user can preset any range of speed to measure)
Stop Watch functions
Best Time Memory
RPM Warning
Speed Warning
RPM & Speed Outputs (for external devices requiring an RPM or Speed signal)
Tyre Size Correction (for timing accuracy)
Vehicle weight input.

Nah, it didn't delimit it unfortunately. Only sorted the KPH/MPH conversion. Unless I wired it up wrong.

Apexi RSM .. with G-sensor for extra coolness.

Or, I've an old one you can splice in and hide away going cheap ..

180kmph (112mph) limit is lame .. it's quite easy to hit on the track.
