What is this part?
You have no anti-roll bar on that axle, the net effect is that the roll bar isn't connected at one end. You will get more body roll (or perhaps not if you're shocks are v. stiff?), yes you should replace both.

Judging by the state of your underside...you'll need an angle grinder to get both of them off...seriously. The nut will turn, but the innards will spin.
Cheap ones can be found on eBay...I have them fitted to mine and have had no issues thus far.
Thanks for the help, still very early days with this car for me so wondering if this has been effecting the handling or if that is just how this car feels to corner lol
Anyone know the honda part number?

Ouch. I think the Honda droplinks (AKA stabiliser link) are about £60 each. Easy DIY to fit, but they can be a nightmare to get off.
The anti-roll bar stops the car rolling, obviously, so without it connected the rear of the car will roll more than the front, which isn't good. Though with coilovers you probably don't have all that much roll anyway.

Car is going on the lift this weekend for a few other things to be done, so might as well get these bits off Honda this week and do all the work in one go providing Honda parts aren't a total rip off?
You would want to contact Honda ASAP. Honda Ireland can take weeks to go parts and then they will be silly money
