What's with all these guys clocking traffic
Funny looking characters usually sitting near a junction with a vibrant jackets clocking on their tacho's cars, lorries, bikes going by. Whats the plan? More traffic calming, diversions? Makes me a little nervouse when I see so many of these guys around, think uncle Ken is up to something.

I saw a group of them on a bridge over the M4 yesterday 2 clocking each direction.
It is probably uncle Ken trying to work out how much more money he can make by expanding the congestion zone.
(before and after the charge was introduced there was a lot of car counting going on in central London)

See this in Edinburgh from time to time (we got to vote against our congestion charging
