Default Whats wrong with YOUR car

There are a few minor things on my car that I need to get around to sorting but haven't for one reason or another;

Ringing Shifter - know how to fix, apprehensive about a self effort though might need to given jimbob's story of my local Garage

Radio Door Creak - Very slight noise at certain revs coming from newly fitted radio door, will just take apart and make sure both pins are in firmly

Couple of minor dings - passenger rear side has a couple of very slight dings inherited from mikeyk, you can only really tell if you are washing it but annoys me enough to want to sort (though not that much seeing as I haven't done it yet!)

Centre Console - gear stick surround scratched slightly, need to either replace with breakers yard special or rub off darker matter to reveal a more silver look

Clear indicators - I appear to have one clear and one not clear! Only noticed this week

Red Callipers - not a fan, could do with sorting

Corroded Alloys - need to get these powder coated with the money Honda kindly gave me for them

Squeaky Brakes - have always squeaked so got sme new pads and got them fitted with plently of copper grease on the shoes and disc centre but its come back!

Badges - removed but change my mind every day as to whether I want them back on (today I like it naked)

Creaking Seats - rubbing on plastic behind - will recall that thread and buy the appropriate felt

Wind Deflector - has a black smoked look around the bottom of it like it's been burnt in a fire, looks like it may come off though with some elbow grease maybe

Right Speaker - needs a quick rewire follwing a DIY install of speakers

Well those are my little things I need to sort - how about yours?

Self-inflicted dent on my passenger-side rear wing which needs removing and I haven't got round to it yet.

Steering wheel is a few degrees off-centre, will be sorted next time it's at the dealer.

The seat - is it the seat creaking or the seat BELT rubbing? If the former, check you're not "between" two positions on the adjustable angle of the seat back. That was what was wrong with mine.

Not much wrong apart from that, and it's got its 45k service next Tuesday (my first service) which should sort the few things that are slightly awry (corroded wheels, flat spots under load when relatively cold, drivers seatbelt doesn't retract all the way when leaving the car).

Apart from that, I'm collecting minor dings as well, although there's a cracker on the nearside front wheel arch Oh and scuffed rear bumper where I was hit by a psychopathic yellow concrete pillar.

small dent where some to$$er has leaned against the o/s front wing. i'm such a perfectionist that every time i approach the car from the o/s, i notice it (like the eye is drawn to it) and makes me really mad...

...sad, aren't i?

Oh, and i ground out the bottom of the front bumper in a multi-storey car-park

CD Changer skipping when I go over bumps.

No idea how to fix.

Wind-noise on drivers side window seal, replaced seal and strikers, but think I might not have fitted the seal correctly.

Two scratches which need to be touched up-Haven't had time yet.

Front of the car has stone chips-I did have someone booked in but they failed to turn up and I didn't chase them up. I am thinking about a respray of the front bumper, wings and bonnet with thicker clearcoat instead.

Slightly tatty driver's seat side bolster from previous lard ass owner, near side window height is too high which maybe contributing to the seal filling with water which results in passenger having a "I've wet myself" wet patch on trousers when I go round corners or brake!

Wheels need replacing with 17s or 18s wearing Toyos maybe .
Air box to be "fixed" with a AEM V2 possibly.
Standard exhaust is "broken", too quiet needs to be "fixed" with Invidia maybe Buddy Club or even custom exhaust from Power Flow.
Calipers look to weedy so 4 pots with needed!

Apart from all that all is good!
