I'm getting the car aligned tomorrow. Just wanted to check that the specs in the FAQ are still the right ones to use. Its a standard 2003 S2000. Just had some new rear tyres so decided to have the alignment checked.

Go with the top set of preferred setting unless you have found the car tramlines or is too "twitchy" for you then go for the Recommended Optimum Setting. They are optimum with regards to ride comfort rather than performance
