Default Wheels

Greetings,

I have recently found that my alloys on my S2 are corroding... Now i have a choice to make

1. Do i get them refurbished
2. Do i get the latest s2 alloys
3. Do i buy some other alloys.. ;->
4. Has anybody had problems in getting there alloys replaced on Honda dealer warranty...

Please bear in mind its a 99 plate, but was purchased 6 months ago from Stratford avonvale Honda....

I have been to the Derby Honda garage, who know jack shit about the S2.... and they said that alloys were not in the warrenty.. (Maybe i should stop being a lazy tw8t and read it)

Anyway have any pics of 'Good' alloys????

THousands of threads on this, type in corroded alloys, or alloys warrantee or something and search the UK forums, MANY people had them replaced under warranty

There are also LOTS of pics of alloys, if you do a very quick search

Any probs using the search, just shout - your better off using the adv one

I'm about to take my wheels in to be replaced under warranty. Is it a good idea to have the new wheels coated to mitigate eventual errosion or is this a waste of time?
