Where can I get wheels re-anodized?
Can anyone help here?
If got some forged wheeels that need a few minor scuffs sorting out and more importantly re-anodizing.
Any one know of any where that can do this? I've phoned around and so far I've only found one place bloody miles away that said they'd want be to bring them in to look at first
The preference would be south / south east of London, E sussex, kent etc.

Try http://www.pristinealloywheels.co.uk/ they have an exchange service, as well as lots of places where you can drop your wheels off.

Its quite different I understand. Anodising involves placing the wheels in a vat of chemicals and passing a current though or something like that and then the finish builds up on the surface of the wheel.
Alos I think forged wheels take more work in repairing scuff marks.
Presumably you've already asked Dixon? https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/796...odise-service/
Perhaps get a wheel refurbisher to prep the wheels and then hand them over to Dixon?

I think you are getting the wrong end of a stick
Anodising is the controlled oxidation of aluminium alloys, although processes also exist for titanium, zinc, magnesium, niobium, and tantalum. It also needs a protective coat (often lacquer) after as well.
I've never come across it on alloy wheels.
I suspect you mean powder coating?
In which case the Pristine Alloys link is good ans many have used them with good results.
