We have not yet installed a multi-play so for the moment are stuck with single play in the front console.

I keep a selection of 4-5 CD's (in cases) in the lockable section behind the arm rest. Sunglasses etc go in the top bit.

Not actually got my car yet, but what I had planned on doing was getting one of those CD wallets which allow you to store 10 or 20 CDs in, take them out of their cases and then put them in the car in the wallet (assuming it would fit into one of the little cubbyholes between the seats).

At least until I muster enough cash to stump up for a 6 CD changer, anyway!

I don't even use the 6 cd changer anymore.....

probably not all that helpful but I just picked up an adaptor that allows me to connect my portable MP3 player via the tape player (also came with a car-charger)

....it's got a 5GB memory so has got 900 tracks on it. It's only the size of a cassette box and is a life-saver in terms of ending those horrible 'change-the-cd' and 'bouncing over uneven roads' problems. The sound quality is excellent too and as it's potable there are no storage problems...I either pocket it or lock it in the centre console.

..and you can do your own playlists!.....yep, back top the days when you first passed your test and had a few 'driving tapes'....

- not that I'd do anything so nerdy now you understand......

I have a 10 CD wallet in the secret compartment, though I haven't yet listened to 1 whole CD in the week and a half I've had the car. The roofs been down and you can't hear CDs above 40 anyway.

Lucid panels are on the list but so are many, many other things....

Certainly helpful to me! I've got the 6Gb Creative DAP Jukebox but I had no idea you get something which allowed you to connect it via a tape player. Woo yeah!

Where did you get it from, and how much did it cost?

I get about 10 CDs, in their cases in the locker between the seats. Not that I listen to many anymore, the engine plays it's own sweet music, especially in the VTEC zone

I've put a Clarion MP3 (CD) player in the dash and a 6 disk changer in the rear. If that's not enough, I've got a spare cartridge for the changer. IIRC it's quite easy to fit a CD changer under the passenger seat or a MD changer in the rear console. You'll need to change the head unit, but can get a system for a similar cost to the Honda CD changer.

20 CD case in the compartment between the seats - most discs are compilations burned from MP3s.
Hope to get MP3 player soon !!

re: MP3's and S2k's

Bad news: I bought it from an Apple store in the States (I've got an iPOD)as part of a special case and adaptors package for about 40 bucks....

BUT...

the adaptor itself is simply a portable CD to car adaptor....basically a lead with a headphone jack on one end and a 'cassette' on the other end you insert into the cars tape-player.....I think they're pretty easy to get hold of and don't cost that much
....and works surprisingly well! - i should imagine a powerhouse, dixons or similar would have them.....

good luck!
