Default Whiteline ARBs

As per the title...I want to stiffen up my front end without hammering damper settings. Chatted at length to Chris @ CG about it too

So...do I need the adjustable drop links??? Would prefer not to have them...don't fancy greasing them every 10 minutes.

Any info would be great

I'm not sure why I bought mine really; in fact I gave in to peer pressure (I blame Paper Lawyer ).

How do you define "need"? Droplinks pretty much work, until they snap, but it's not like you'd get any reduced performance from not having upgraded droplinks, unless what you're after is adjustability. I had my rears slightly longer (which reduced the effect of the ARB) for a while, but then got used to it more and adjusted them back to the standard length.

I've greased mine maybe 2 or 3 times per year, and they seem to be fine. But what I would say is that they're noisy; so much so that I was considering buying some standard (or el-cheapo e-bay replacements) to put on for the road.

Ran my front whiteline ARB for several years with standard OEM drop links with no issue whatsoever.

you may find the ARBs adjust the balance of the car, hence the need for adjustable drop links. Mind you, you can always start with OEM and see if you are happy with the setup

Have you spoken to whiteline about this, they have an office/development dept where I stay, I'll get the number for you, the guy there seems ready and willing to chat from what I hear.
