why is it whenever I drive my beater I get some one wanting a race in their z3, lotus etc !!!!! Or some flash git pulling out in front of me or friving up my arse !!!!


Yesterday I was in my S but my girlfriend was following me on the a12 so i couldnt go over 70 mph. Chimaera flys past, then ferrari 340 , then tvr 350 then lotus elise !!! . I wanted to join in

Also I saw a police speed trap yesterday in a hire van, gits

 

.... for the exact same reason that when you are in your beater, some fit looking woman in a nice car will pull up along side you at the lights - leaving you to think "I wish I was in the S now" while trying desperately not to make eye contact.

 

yes i agree, i feel embarraced driving my beater. people must think , '' look at that bloke, he cant afford a decent car ''

 

Who cares what people think If anyone thinks that a nice car gives them more class obviously doesn't have any in the first place

if it is that embarassing then why drive it?!

I have a shitter i run about in and actually find it quite amusing that all the people must look down on me driving there beamers on 100% finance who think they are something special

Your comment is correct, of course, but I think that most poeple - given the choice - would prefer to be caught looking their best rather than their worst.... it's human nature, no? Anything less smacks of a slight lack of self respect to me.
