Default Will these wheels fit?

Hi everyone, im new to my s2k and still got a fair bit of research to do but one issue im aware of his wheel fitment is a bit of a headache on these, i wanted to know if these wheels would fit onto mine:

Rota Torque 17's
5x114.3
ET40
7.5" Width

Tyre size: 215/40/17

Hope they do, they are in bronze so what would your opinion be guys with these fitted to a White s2k? Also my car is lowered but can be raised as its got coilovers
Thanks in advance chaps

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but that's a pretty poor offset for the S and the wheels are way too skinny. The 7 1/2 wouldn't be too bad for the fronts but you want something around 8 - 9 inches wide on the rear and at least 245 wide tyres on the rear.

Its more than a question of will a wheel physically fit with out rubbing. Do some reading up on the effects of off set and scrub radius and how it effects how a car handles. Stick to what the car was designed for as close as possible IMO.

The s2k is a great sports car, so dont ruin it by fitting wheels based on price and looks alone

This came up the other day:
https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/100...heel-question/

Tirerack.com is a good starting point as it shows only wheels that are the correct offset.
