Default Wipers....

The buy thread in the For Sale and Wanted section came just a couple of days late for me, as I purchased just before it was posted.....however, I got the sizes from the Technical FAQ as 20/16 - whereas the group buy poster states 20/18 - is the FAQ wrong or just a typo?

Officially, it should be 20/16, but the longer 18" wiper that Fraser supplies (as part of the group buy) works fine. I'm on my second set ...

Just a typo, i very much doubt it, they fit very well, work a treat and a having sold over 100 sets nobody has had any complaints, why not buy a spare set, its a saving if you plan on keeping the car for a while anyway.

16' is the correct OEM fitment, but 18's seem to work fine.

Anyone fitted the Bosch Flat style wipers seen on most new cars? I've tried them on a couple of hire cars and they seem more efficient and their low profile design cuts down on drag and noise (I would imagine).

I guess it would be possible to remove the wiper arm and fit the Bosch style?

too late. Mine were in a sorry state. But nice to see I spurred something.

But I can't remove the old ones.
