Default Wiring Issue?

Problem - Passenger side window doesn't go up or down using either switch. However, it does go down when you put the roof down just fine - it just won't go back up again! I've checked every single fuse just to make sure and there all fine so assume its a problem with the wire?

Just before this I noticed this I did replace the fuse for the power socket and radio, so it might be nothing but more than likely a coincidence. Any help would be much appreciated as I can't have my roof down at the moment in case it rains and I can't get the window back up!!

Problem - suspect unable to use the search properly.

Solution - use search for COMMON problems.

End result - assuming it's the usual ... slap head and then remember why it's good to search before posting.

Have you tried sitting upside down in the seat when you try it? Usually works for me. If not, try sticking a coat hanger into a lemon. That'll provide an electrical boost.

A mechanic used a power plug directly to the switch.

Hold the revs just after vtec engagement at 6k and try then, this should get some extra power through. Or, as suggested, check the battery in the secret compartment

When you can go directly to google chrome and type the problem direclty into the search bar and then get 20 pages of results that accurately describe both problem and ensuing mick taking ......

I would suggest that this is something that Kris is capable of working out on his own

That's all well and good but you do tend to come to the people who you expect to know about the cars first - the owners who may of had a similar experience first - ie the forums on the car itself.
