Is this you???????
I have only ever seen two S2000 ever!!!
Both are grey, but are they you?
Mystery S2k No.1
You were seen driving through Farnborough near the Blackwater Valley Bypass road, roof down (good man).
Mystery Sk2 No.2
I see you on my commute into work near the Chertsey junction on the M25 near St Peter's Hospital.
Edit - I have now seen a third, a Black S2k
Mystery Sk2 No.3
I saw you in Bracknell, in the Shell filling station tonight 4/4/01.
Again would love to hear from you guys/girls.

Yes, I used to work at St Peter's, and yes I indeed own a silver/black S2000, however since I have never driven it in the UK (which will be rectified in 10 days)since I live in Paris, I dont think im the suspect you're looking for...unless its some sort of cross channel spectral-echo phenomenon!
yeah, sure. The problem is, as I said, that I live in Paris. That said, I will often be coming back to the UK for weekends.
Whereabouts are you based? (somewhere near SPH?)
Good luck with your delivery... I bet you can tell me exactly how many seconds there are between now and 1st May
Oh, and by the way, if you are taking delivery with a hardtop already installed, try to get a look at the convertible top before they install the hardtop. Mine came with the hardtop already installed, and when I took it off for the first time (last weekend) there was a bloody great big stain on the material of the soft top, that is proving rather resistant to removal!

hmm, 10 mins from SPH...weybridge? At any rate, its a lovely part of the country to own such a wonderful car...im sure you will get many admiring glances.
I used to live in Walton, and in fact I started to research buying an S2000 whilst still living there. But for the life of me, i couldnt get a test drive. In fact i didnt manage to get a test drive until i came out to live in France. The guys at Shepperton Honda said that there were no demo S2000s in the south of england, and there was no point even trying to get a drive...their loss! Did you manage to get a drive, or are you buying it untested?
And on that same note, regarding delivery, absolutely INSIST that you have a car with almost 0 miles on the clock, and that noone has testdriven it. I took an S2000 out for a drive from a dealership in france, and the car had already been sold to someone else...nevertheless if i hadnt known better I could easily have VTEC'd or even taken it to the redline, and the current owner would never have known. And it made me think how pissed off I would have been had someone done that to my car. Be warned!

All of the early owners bought unseen. I had 11 miles on my car when I picked it up.
I would be interested in a trip when I get my next S2K (Monte Carlo blue) but I haven't a date yet. I am South of Newbury.
Regards,
S.
