Default Zaino and cloth

I've got some sound advice from a couple of you about not getting the S externally valeted by the dealers prior to delivery (next Friday) in case of scratch swirls.

Cool.

Now, however, I'm gonna have to clean/wax it myself immediately and polish it.
I know everyone uses Zymol or a similar alternative, but is there any shop I can walk into and pick it up?
Or anything that's nearly as good?

Also I need a good micro-fibre towel/cloth that won't scratch....again one I can pick up from an outlet (No time to mail order, I'm afraid).

I need to do it all on Friday evening, as I won't have time on the weekend as I am working.

Any suggestions?

Some of the larger Halfords do a version of Zymol Wax, Zymol Car Shampoo - this would not be too bad to tide you over. Zaino is a better long term spend, as it has greater longevity.

CTR question about Zaino 5 and 2. I mixed some about a month (or 2?) ago with zfx in those little bottles that comes with zfx. Didnt use it all and still have it in the little bottles - can i use it again or should i mix fresh stuff?

You can't buy "proper" Zymol (as opposed to the range marketed under licence by Hellfords) over the counter, but you can get it delivered next day by ordering at www.zymol.co.uk

Zaino is even harder to get hold of, as you need to import it either from the US or from the European distributor in Germany, and I don't think either of them accept credit card payments online. If you want Zaino, best bet is to wait for trypod's next group buy in August.

The hellfords 'Zymol' (not bad stuff) option will set you back 20-30 quid. The Zymol.co.uk will be 80 quiddish, the Zaino route is about 100-120 quid.

Now i have found out why the instructions said that CTR - it is almost impossible to get the stuff off the bottles. Left them soaking in Fairy to see what that does. I will need new little bottles if that doesnt work. Where can i get them from?
