Default Zymol/Meguiars Detailing

Its time the ol' lady was treated to some proper detailing (my attempts with Autoglym have proved sporadic!), and I wondered if anyone can recommend someone to do it for.

Reading Evo Magazine they recommended a fella by the name of Richard Tipper from Perfection, and what a service for 500 notes!

Can anyone recommend an alternative?

I know what I am and I aint a car detailer!

Sounds good.

But it's good exercise in the summer.

Whatever happened to Rahul? He had a great website with lots of tips - too much info really!

He's still around, just busy at the moment.

The thread he started is here. . . https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=226093

Did the dull grey one at weekend, spent about 4 hours - washed, rinsed, clay bar then polish

I'm pleased with the results. . . . . .

This handbook is very good too if you want to do a detail. I started detailing my cars in October last year and so far have amassed quite a collection (

I was looking for someone to do it for me! I just don't have the patience for cleaning right now!

TBH Silverstones always looks okay, thats it. Its a depressing colour to work on (and I have done a few). For a Silverstone I wouldn't pay out
