Default Material for front splitter/scrape plate

Tired of scrapping paint of the bottom of your bumper or lip, or whatever you have hanging on the front of your car?

I was so I bought a full sheet of ABS plastic to make a scrape plate for my splitter. I have enough left to help someone else make a splitter.
The material is this: ABS Sheet

I am looking for $60 for enough to make a splitter. I can help you cut it out too - if you are using it to protect an AP2 front lip I already have a template.

Pick-up/fabrication in Oak Creek, WI.

Thanks,
Paul

I'd be curious after checking yours out in person, Paul.

Anytime KingFunk - I have my Mugen-like splitter on the car now with a protector plate, and I have one in the garage for an AP2 Lip.

Dude....that is AWESOME!!.....If you're willing, cut me one out just like the one you have for yourself for the Mugen splitter. I'll come and pick it up next weekend (unfortunately, can't this weekend).

@ z_speed - it may not protect from big enough impact that it would crack your splitter, just the small driveway scrapes from lowered cars.

i understand, it was still in one piece i was just overexaggerating . I had the lip on for maybe 4-5 months and it was beat, scraped everywhere. I sold it not too long ago, going to go with something that doesn't hang too low possibly APR or CR lip.

You know I really needed something like this. Great that you have a template already too. My front bumper is all scratched up already so its kind of too late to put on anyways. If anyone in Chicago gets one, let me know. I would love to see it in person. I dont want to paint my bumper until I find away to protect it.

FTR, I think you might be on to something here, Paul. I'm still very curious to see how it looks, especially on the Mugen-style lip.
