I took a TON of pics at the ALMS race this weekend. It was a BLAST!

Anyone else with pictures, feel free to post them too.

 

Looks like fun.

 

The race was preceded by some fly-over's by some A10s and a stealth bomber.

I didn't catch the bomber, but I did get the A10s



I also caught a shot of a very famous S2000 owner who has tan interior on a red car:



This was a special weekend for Corvette enthusiasts. The factory Corvette Race team has been extremely successful for the last 6 years in LeMans racing. They have lost the last two races to the Astin Martin team due to restrictions placed on the Corvettes.

There were HUNDREDS of Corvettes there. GM also came out in force. They sent Dave Hill. The head engineer for GM for the last (I dunno, but it's a LONG time.) He was directly responsible for the design of the C5 and C6 Corvettes. He was giving a presentation on the details of new Z06. I got him to autograph the fuel rail cover on my car.
