i'm thinking of moving to cedar rapids. any iowa members here?

 

There are one or two around here. Spa2K lives in IA I believe, but I haven't seen him around her lately.

are there some good drives in the cedar rapids area? it seems like the terain is pretty nice around there. does iowa require a front plate?

 

It's not Colorado but there are some nice drives.

South around the Amanas, SE Iowa has lots of good drives and along the Mississippi is great. Only an hour or so to SW Wisc.

Iowa does require a front plate but I have never ran with one and have never been hassled. I had a state trooper comment about it once at a rest stop. He told me that he wouldn't put one on either. He said '' only an asshole would write someone''.

I keep it in the trunk just in case I run into one.

Hello, I live just west of Des Moines and my spa yellow was to be built yesterday, the 12th!! Cant wait!!

 

Helloooo Iowa!! The best state in the lower 48... I graduated from Harlan Community High School (SW Iowa) in 1995 and miss the town dearly. Only had the chance to visit two times since then. S2000 sightings must be far and few between?

 

Im all the way in NW Iowa.. you need a front license plate in this part for sure!
