Any Recommendations for Rolling/Pulling Fenders?

I'm looking for someone who can roll, cut, and/or pull my fenders very cleanly. anyone know of a person or shop that can do it for a good price? perferably a private person, since they're normally cheaper. but let me know a price.

I don't recall who but someone is doing it on the forums for free if I remember correctly. Just search around...
