Hey guys...I know you must get this a lot, but...does anyone from the Ann Arbor area wish to race? I just want to see how my Del Sol is going to rank up to the likes of a Honda S2000. You guys are pretty much the bench mark for Hondas and everytime I offer to race one they guy passes me up

 

I would take the challange. Only on the race track though. Or, I can cycle all my gears through on the highway, too.

Sometime, my S2K need some exercise.

 

What kind of race are you looking for? 0-60? 1/4 mile? Handling? High Speed, Low Speed?

For 1/4 mile or 0-60 maybe we could put together a trip down to Milan drag strip.

Handling? Low Speed? Come join us at an autocross event, they happen nearly every weekend around here?

Handling/ High Speed? Perry's got the right idea with the track event.. Come over to Gingerman on a Thursday night and see how you do?

However.. if you're talking about street racing - count me out!

Why don't you tell us a little bit about your "SiR Del Sol" ? I'm guessing you've done some "mods" ?

I would like to do a 0-60 with you fellas just to see how I stand...I have geared my car for more low end than highend. Going to the track would be great. There is a del sol club with 3 of us (that's with me) they are all pretty good guys. It would be great to meet up with some of you guys, I didn't really notice that there were s2000 fans in the area I would like to invite you out to the movie, "The Fast and The Furious" with us. We are going to see it as a club (along with a civic who is in the club) and before hand we are going to gather at Tims house for some food and chat. SiRDelSol, I remember your DelSol on the street. I am defintely interested in having some fun. Come by race track with us. I don't do AutoX too much. It is too expensive with little seat time. I goes to race tracks pretty often. At least once every two weeks. I go to AutoX once in awhile when the weather is good outside, or I just woke up too early on sunday with nothing to do.
