My fiancee and my mom both work for the same company. Needless to say, the company is like lord of the flies. There is no organization, no management, nothing. I'm amazed someone hasn't killed someone yet.

Anyways, they are both looking for something new. Mia (my fiancee) has lots of experience in several different things. She could do office/clerical/administrative work. She also has customer service and call center experience. She also has photography and marketing experience.

My mom has 35 years of experience in the employee health and insurance claims industry as a claims manager and supervisor. She is looking for a supervisor or manager position. She knows employee health and employee benefits extremely well, along with health insurance claims, adjusting, etc.


anyone who has any job leads, it would greatly be appreciated.

 

I will check job postings on Monday. Since our previous claims manager passed away, we have had a substitute manager down from Illinois filling in. He is barely ever around and not giving us the service we need.
