My mom has a place on Nagawicka that we were talking about selling a couple weeks ago. Its off hwy c in delafield......u must make some good ching because taxes on lake property around here is nuts. It is also on a peninsula that has 5 houses. but water on both sides . PM me if you have any interest. my mom retired laat year and we never planned to sell it because I lived in the house my whole life and wanted to keep it but I'd rather see here live somewhere thats overall easier for the future. its 3bd, 2.5 bath.

why don't you just use a local search on a realty website?

I am, and working with a local Realtor.

However, I have found in the past, sometimes it works out best for both parties, if its not through a Realtor, saving money on both sides, resulting in everyone being happy.

Also, a lot of people have been, or were trying to sell their house. But have taken off the market because lack of movement, as it doesn't look good when your house has been on the market for 12+ months. Usually it happens in early winter, when houses get pulled. And then they'll put them back up for sale in early spring, which we're starting to approach.

Doesn't hurt to ask around these days. That's how I sold my last house-

My house is for sale in Brookfield, WI. It's an amazing area. Let me know if you are interested at all. We could probably come down a lot on the price. Let me know if you want to come and take a look at it. It is maybe 3-5 miles from Pewaukee...
