last time I ran at GLD (2 years ago) I had crappy 2.24 60' times and could only get a 14.0 (slow for me)

 

I just got my school schedule and I have a class on saturdays...I need to find a way to ditch that day...

What time is everyone planning on going? And who is planning on running the car?

I had my Trans Am up there last year but the clutch was slipping like CRAZY and the best I got was a 14.4

Now that the clutch is fixed I want to go up there and get into the 13s before I sell it. Mabey the weekend after.

They're having the "free race" day on the April 2/3 and 9/10. So you have a couple options to run for $12!!!!

I will be there one of the weekends, have to figure out my schedule.

 

The workers at GLD treat me like shit when I go there, but otherwise its a fun time. I ran a 14.1@99.9mph and 2.27 60' when I had my RSX-S first time at the track.

 

What did have done to your RSX to run 14.1? I ran my RSX-s (mugen ss, so3's) at 15.1 at GLD last summer. Granted it was my first (and most likely last) time to the drag strip...

April 9/10 I'll be at Road america with NASA doing some "real" racing . Should be quite a bit more fun than the drag strip, but also quite a bit more $$$
