Default ATTENTION METRO DETROIT

WASH YOUR FRIGGIN' S2000!

i've been home out the army now for about 4 or 5 weeks, and have seen maybe half a dozen s' in that time, and maybe only one wasn't completely filthy. I completely understand people who DD their S, as that's what i did for almost 3 years, but come on people. if its friday night or the weekend and has a three or four day buffer around rain, theres not reason to cruise around in an off silver/white car (no offense GPW and silver owners). it's hard for me to imagine driving around with the top down (already attracts a lot of attention) if the car isn't looking clean. though we've had an annoying amount of rain so far this summer, there's no reason to continuously be dirty. so take your car to JAX and get cleaned up. i know not everyone can hand wash their car two to three times a week like i like to, but i can't take this stuff any longer. we drive a rare car as it is. don't make a clean S an endangered species.

ty for your time,
marc

I kinda feel guilty myself.
I try to clean her up as often as I can, but it's been at least 2 weeks since I used soap.
Silver IS a great color.

I feel really guilty, last week a co-worker complained that my S was too dirty (and it was). I did remedy the situation this past weekend. But, as for the JAX comment, no matter how dirty my S might get, I still cannot bring myself to take it to a car wash. I have too many tiny scratches and swirls from automated car washes on my other car for that.
