Two things.

1. Rusty, if you bought a battery a year ago, then you didnt "just got"
2. We own an s2k, we dont shop at friggin walmart. Target is the bottom of the barrel.

Pretty much every car battery is made by one of 3 major manufacturers. Since they already charged me an arm and a leg for this battery i'm probably gonna keep it until it dies. Can't go wrong with Sears, CostCo, Wal-Mart etc.

Im offended by that cause I work at walmart. I am treated really well there, they started me a $6.50 and after only 4 years Im already up to $6.95.

I almost bought the Optima in Aug. but changed my mind and went with a standard Sears Diehard. After hearing about the troubles I'm glad I stayed away.

i got charged a $10 battery fee or something, but you get it back when you give your old battery back to them (so keep your receipt if you change it yourself). or i think you can have them just install it for you right when you buy it.
