My car was throwing the same code a week ago. Took it to Honda and they couldn't find what was wrong. Double checked all the vacuum lines and sure enough, one of the hoses that go from the air control solenoid valve to the lower vacuum fitting underneath the fuel rail wasn't plugged in. Not sure how it got unplugged, but that solved my issue.

after you plugged it back in did you pull out the (back up) fuse or should the light go away?

btw, put your intake cover back on. it might sound cool but you actually lose horsepower and tq with it off.

I pulled the back up fuse out for about a minute or so to reset the ECM
