Hey whats up? I dont drive an s2k yet but I can fill you in on the car scene or what i know bout it in chicago. I live in the nw suburbs so i know most about that. In schaumburg at streets of woodfield across from woodfield mall there are in the summer tons of imports havnt see a lot latley. In Barington Irving rd and Barington rd next to mcdondals in the domincs parking lot fri/sat night is always tons of imports. And I hear China town some of the big dawgs meet. I drive an Integra but I sorta wanta get an s2000 so what do you do with yours in the winter??? whats your second car cause you cant drive it in the snow!! Im not anyone rich Im saving hard for my money being 17 and i fig I could afford to start makin payments on an s2k inlike 4yrs just curious what you do for a 2nd car... otherwise I'll prob just get and RSX type R
Hey NW Suburbs here too,
The previously mentioned spots are the main ones I know of. Streets of Woodfield can't really do anything there... it's a very public, crowded place. People go there just to show off what they got. Chinatown is where it's at on weekends, like Friday and Saturday Night. Irving Park Road and Barrington Road is also fairly big. I just hope you know how to drive the S2000 well enough to go racing. Like High RPM launches and all that good stuff. Being at school, Northwestern University, I miss my car. But I usually get it on weekends if it's really nice out. But yeah, gotta think about storing it now.... I wouldn't get an S2000 if it's going to be your only car.
