It is good stuff....I have it on the front of my '02 S2000 and love it. I highly recommend it as it gives you all the protection from rock chips without having to have the ugly front mask.
I had mine installed at Motorwerks in Barrington, that alone makes it pricey. I have had it on for 3 years now no issues. Price was around $800. If I had to do it over again I would of had only the bumper done professionally and put the other pieces on my self. There was a group buy going on not to long ago. Good Luck
I was just going to suggest a guy that does it. He's in Arlington Heights area; he's pricey....and more than likely you're going to have to schedule with him through Motorwerks Barrington.
This guy does AMAZING work and warranties his install for life. He's a bit more on the pricey side, but he's well worth it. He used to use the pre-cut StonGard and Xpel kits, but now he cuts his own stencil right on the bumper cover itself.
Pruhnke, was your price priced through Motorwerks? I'm wondering if Motorwerks added on a 'kickback' for themselves.

i debated whether or not to put that on when i first got my car, a year/16k miles ago. ended up not doing it...the only rock chips that i've had (that i've cared about, at least) were on my hood, just above where the clear bra would've stopped. just my input.

I had Rick from http://www.bodyskins.com/ do my car last year. Very good install, very professional. I think I paid maybe $550 installed for the full front kit.
Even better, I gave him my garage code and he let himself in and did it all while I was at work.
I don't come to S2Ki much, but PM me if you'd like some pics (which won't show much since the kit is almost invisible).

Worth every cent, I had my installed at Motorwerks, (extremely over priced.)
I had bubling on the mirrors they re-applied it.
I had some paint work done to blend the clear had it re-applied by body shop of barrington.
What happend to Pinyos guy that did this?
