Anyone have a spare room/bed/couch? I'm on the waiting list.

Pat,

Quif and I are registered. We haven't done any reservations with hotel room/cabin. If we can get two more people, we should just get a cabin.

The two more spots could be Naseeb and Moonliver if they make a decision soon enough to come out to DBR.

I'm excited as well.

Sounds like Naseeb and Moonliver need to "shit or get off the pot" (sorry, just rewatched Clerks).

You won't be able to get a cabin, at least not a 3 BR cabin. They've all been booked for weeks. You *might* be able to get a 2BR cabin but at this juncture it's more likely you'll be in the Inn or staying elsewhere.

Pat, Quivs,

It looks like I maybe backing out. I have an interview scheduled for the Thursday and Friday before the event. I'll be travelling out to Boston for the interview.

It's not firmed up yet (as it stands, I will be going Wed. evening for a three day interview). The first two rounds are Thursday and Friday. I get to fly home Friday afternoon, and then Monday, if I have a hire package, they will be flying me back out Monday morning to get the offer.

I'd much rather go for a Mon-Wed situation, but in anycase, a new job much higher in the corporate structure than I am now AND making MUCH more money is a priority over any "Tail of the Dragon" run...especially seeing that I'm going to be having a new Mugen-whore in the house (hopefully I can support a F-car whore habit if he so chooses).

I haven't conceded my spot for the DBR yet, but will let the organizers know soon (basically, once I get my plane tickets from the potential employer).
