I think your best bet is to check the for sale sections here and go that route. You may just have to get another set of seats, unless you can order them from Honda.

https://www.247hondaparts.com/ (hardtopguy) should be able to get you the parts you need. I see the AP1 left side Vivid Red or Pure Blue seat back is discontinued now.
