Drive while stored?
Many s2k owners put their car into storage so they can preserve it and baby it for much longer and to pull down insurance costs. BUT 5-6 months can be a long time. And sometimes, there will be beautiful, saltless days. So, do you take your S out and stretch its legs? or do you sigh, keep it in the garage, and let it sleep some more?
yes. totally worth it as long as nothing happens to it of course. at the same time... sometimes it makes u miss it more
for example - i started that thread last night of me polishing out my S here in the UMW forums. i hope to have it done by tomorrow and back in storage by early AM monday. it's hard enough to part with it when it's clean, i know it'll be even harder once it's flawless

not worth it.
i've also heard that starting it infrequently will cause more harm to the cylinders than just starting it once after the winter hibernation is over.
besides if Wisconsin is like Michigan then there is salt or salt residue on the roads, which of course is not good. That's why I wait for at least a good rain in the spring till I take mine out.
Also, unless you switch your insurance back on, it isn't worth the gamble of possibly getting in an accident.
wow I sound like a debbie downer.
