Default Fender pulled and quarters rolled

Well last night I jacked the car up and looking under because every time i hit a hard bump it would bottom out. Well after looking for a while. Finally found what it was. My quarters got lil rolled in and see that the paint cracked from it being bent over too much. I should have got rid of the rims in the first place when i got the car. I dunno whats the offset but not good. and its only 7.5 wide all around. But wanna get something like 9.5" wide for the back and 8.5" for the front and be 18" I think i found what i want but just holding off my plans til winter when i get all my other stuff done. So does anyone know or does roll quarters? I mind as well pull the fenders while at it too. Thanks

Jeff

That seems like odd tools to use to roll fenders.

I'm kidding, I've seen will use an ACTUAL fender roller.
