As far as your credit issue goes, best thing to do is payoff your balances from the CC. This should help out some. For such a young age, it seems your credit score is low. I can tell you probably had quite a few late/delinquent payments. Just make sure you make payments always on time. It also helps if you pay more than what they ask monthly. Also, get an insurance quote. It might be more than you expect due to your age or whatever.

IMHO, I would wait till you make a little more money. From the looks of it, about half of your monthly earnings will go to bills including an approximate cost of $250 monthly payments for the S. Now thats not including the insurance cost for the S. It seems you would have to live off paycheck per paycheck. You have to take in account of days you might have to call off and so you might not even bring in that amount every month. Unless you get paid for sick days. Don't make it hard on yourself at such a young age. Yes, sometimes you need to sacrifice things but I believe you will have a better oppurtunity later on. Take it easy, your still very young. You have the rest of your life to work. Just my .02.

Actually, ive never had any late payments, always payed minimum 50/month towards CC's. They will be payed off in a minimum of a month.

Total expenses exluding gas and insurance is like 250-300. Gas...300-400. Insurance.... No idea lol, expensive.

Ive crunched numbers MANY times. But yea, thanks for the advice and i wont let myself get in too deep.

the greatest thing i got going for me is that i can get a 4k trade in on my current car!
Then you will probably be overcharged $3000 or more for the S.

Don't forget snow tires if this is going to be your only car. New mounted and balanced should be about $500-700 depending on brand.

I ran Dunlop Wintersport 3D, 205/55/16 all the way around. The only time I had problem with these tires was making it up a fairly steep incline in about 8 inches of snow. I could only make it halfway up. Otherwise, they were awesome. I'll sell them to you if you want, because I'll store the S2000 next winter.
