Hey guys,

Does anyone know how of a way to find a person from a partial plate number? My daily got backed into by a Burnt Orange Jeep wrangler and the witness only got 4 out of 6 digits on the plate. Police officer that did my accident report was unable to find a match. Being such a low production color on the Jeep I though it would be an easy find.

If anyone has any ideas let me know. There are a couple of "pay" sites out there, but unless someone has an awesome personal experience with them I don't want to make the gamble.
