Something just came up with my work and I won't be able to make it to FWT this weekend.

I want to give up my spot to someone else as long as it's okay w/ the organizers.

You can get a hotel room still, however again, you need to talk to me first. I need to have you contact the event manager at the hotel directly to see if firstly, there is an available room, and secondly, we can get you the event rate.

I had agreed to share room with "moonliver", but I'm not sure if he'd be okay w/ you taking my spot, also I'm not sure how Urmil wants to go about this.
