After being without an s2000 for almost a year, I have decided it's time for another one. I'm buying another silverstone and am going to build it. Thinking about v-mount with a top mount turbo set up to run on e85 and put down 500-600hp.

I was wondering if some one could run the vin for me on carfax: JHMAP1147YT002974

the car is from Bloomington and the motor was overrevved. If anybody know any history about the car I would appriciate it to!

Carfax will ban any account that trys to run that vin now, gg buy a one time use carfax...

i saw that car on craigslist..imo, you should get something stock..that car looks repainted. you can probably find one for very cheap..as winter is coming/economy sucks and people may be posting their s2ks for cheap.

 

Yeah it was repainted, thats why i definately wanted to get a carfax on it or find out if anyone on here new the history of it. The owner now stated that he baught it from his friend. The previous owner over revved the motor. The whole car has been shaved and repainted to my knowlege. I was hoping to buy a car this winter, but this came up and seemed like a good deal since i want to build a motor.

 

If i get another s2k i'm def going to keep this one!!
