I'll be flying into the Shaumburg area of Illinois during the first week of March. Anything interesting going on that week? I'll be there for work training and wondering what there is to do for fun out there. Also curious as to how far this is from Chicago.

 

You'll be close to 35mins - 2 hours from the city, it all depends on traffic. Most our meets are usually in the schaumburg area, since its very centralized. We are planning something, for some time soon, but no date set.

 

I can be in Schaumburg area, pm or post here on what days you want to get together.

Hooter's has been my choice of flavor recently (Schaumburg Hooters has some decent talent, however, the Rosemont/O'Hare/Chicago Hooters has some of the best and nicest talent).

The Rosemont one looks like any other Hooters place to me. It's the one that's across from the strip mall that has a dental office and a sub-shop that used to be named something like "Egbert and Doegbert's"

I'm not exactly sure as I will be starting the new job this Monday. They are supposed to be flying me out there for training a week from that, but I will know for sure when I begin work. I'm going to be in Illinois for 2 weeks. So I should have the weekend free.
