Default Good drives near Chicago?

I'm in the North Suburbs and wondering if anyone knows of some nice drives with low traffic and decent twisties within a reasonable distance. Something to basically burn a sunny weekend afternoon (doesn't look like it'll be today ).

I have a bunch of roads that I can suggest. They go north into southern Wisconsin, if you're interested, PM me.

Well I'll share the only curvy road I know. It's near Elburn, IL and is only about 2 miles. It's called Green Rd. and runs between Hughes Rd. and IL-47. Some elevation change, little traffic, and a 50 mph posted limit. It's probably not worth driving to unless you are nearby.

Here is the Google map if anyone is interested:

basically this thread can be closed cuz the topic sentence is an oxymoron.

Elburn, IL != Chicago. South Wisconsin DEFINITELY != Chicago.
