good to my S2k
I sold my S2k last month. I am finally pulling the trigger on a new z06 and moving on. I enjoy the S2K for 5 years now and it was a wonderful car and i will miss it. Take care all, good bye and see everyone around.
I drove the Z06 back to Chicago from Kansas and it was uneblievable. I loved the S2000 and I had it for 5 years and I was sad to see it go, but this car is in another leauge. I was rolling in 6th gear doing a hundred and I look down and the engine and it is turning over at 2100 RPM, it wasn't even working. I am still a whimp when it comes to pressing on the gas, but the few times I did it was just relentless power. I was doing a 145 and it wasn't even taxing the car. I pull away from a BMW 760i while it was trying to tailgate me and he didn't even know what hit him and I was not even trying that hard just steped on the gas while I was in 4th gear and he disapeared and the handling is amazing. The other thing I have to say is the car is much easier on the bones than the S2k. it was firm but very comfortable. The run flat were loud on bad pavement some times but not too bad. The car is also totally decked out in luxary features compared to the S2K, from the stereo to the Nav and the headup display (which is super cool with 3 mode) there's even a normal road mode tha display the directions from the GPS as you are going to your set destination. Still playing with it.
First Chevy and american car ever, and I was impressed....and I had nothing but infinities and Acuras as my other cars, go figure...impressed by a Chevy...who'd guess that.
