call T Mobil, They will give you the code.

 

Just go to a t-mobile store or call them. They'll unlock it for you.

 

 

take the battery out and put it back in after a few minutes?

Give me your IMEI code then, becuase they are all encryted.

Hit: *#06# on your phone to retrieve it

 

Goto where it asks for the unlock code then press the top button should be a bunch of little lines above the direction pad then that will be ur security code unless u set that one too. type in the generic password it might work
