I search around the net for a few more pics. Kind of disappointing this year. I didnt see alot that stood out. I saw a few nice cars but not what I would've thought. What did you guys think?

Also, Did any of the S2K guys take any trophies home?

 

Other cars besides your own

Were there any other high-end imports like NSX's, Skylines, RX-7, Supras? Who were the show winners?

 

I know what you meant, I was kidding.

I didn't get to go around much. I was too paranoid about my car.

I don't recall seeing any NSXs, but I did see one Skyline pull in. Actually I wasn't sure what it was until someone told me. Skylines do NOTHING for me.

I have no idea who the show winners were, I missed most of the awards plus I don't know who anyone is.

Eric (lernerspermit) won a trophy with his Js S2000. Fourth place Mild 2-Door.

 

LOL....I know what you mean about being paranoid. When I showed my car there, I had some kid who was tired of standing start leaning on my car. I went up to him and said something...he just looked at me cross eyed.

Congrats to Eric on 4th Place! Way to represent S2K!

I am kind of surprised that some of the other S2Ks did not get trophies too.

 

I'm not. I don't think the guy judging the S2000s knew much about them.

I don't think they had any idea what they were thinking when they put Eric's car in "Mild."

It's also hard to judge cars in the pitch black. The four of us, Lee, Eric, Brendon and I were in the darkest area of the floor, and they judged us AFTER the show started and they lights were down.

 

Just as the judge got to my car, and started to look it over and take down the number, three girls (not models) ran (and I do mean RAN) up to my car. Two of them went straight for the doors, threw them open and jumped in. They slammed the doors closed and the third one took a pic of the two of them in the car. Then they jumped out, slammed the doors again and ran off.

After that, I locked the doors even though the top was down.

People are dumb.
