Unhappy Houston... I think we have a problem

I went out for a drive tonight and I noticed something strange. When I VTEC'd and shifted to 2nd, when I was in 2nd it stayed at a certain RPM almost like it didn't have the willy to get up all the way. Anybody have ANY idea what this could be??? Opinions much appreciated.

Phil

haha... yeah... all 7 bars. It wasn't cutting off like a rev-limiter, it just stayed still at 7000 RPM

if you shifted hard, that would be your lovely 04 delay valve - ditch the bitch ASAP!

Sounds like the clutch delay valve on the slave cylindar. This is a "feature" on AP2 cars.

Talk to S2000GT about swapping it over.
