Default Idling dropping after rev

Hey guys,

My 02 S2K has had this weird problem since I bought it in 05. Anytime I rev the engine...when it's coming down the idle with drop really low causing the car to almost shiver. Just wanted to see if this is normal or happens to anyone else.

Is there an easy fix?
