i just installed a short shifter in the s2k....
all i can say is WOW...
the height is about 1in. shorter and the travel is almost half of the stock....
one bad part is the shifter leans towards the passenger side cuz it was made for right hand drive S .....
overall feel is precise but i have to get use to the angle of the shifter now....

 

It means it is easier to mis-shift to 2nd instead of 4th. Be careful, man.

Hey, any chance I can come check that out? I was interested in the short shifter a while back, but the whole angle idea kinda scared me away.

 

There is actually a short shifter for the S2000? Wow, I never knew that.

the short shifter is from distinto belleza, made by c's.....
i think there the only ones who makes it....
