anybody dealt with them...

i ordered some spacers from them and i haven't got it yet...

i only live like an 1.5 hrs away from them, thought i would get it fast...

should've known... last time i paid them a visit it was when they just moved....

to new berlin, wi.

i should've ordered from some other place and would've probably get them by now....

do they even stock anything from their place. or is it being stocked somewhere else like "California"...

no offense to anyone....

I live 3 miles away and yes they do stock a lot of shit, but honestly I think they are understaffed and it takes them time to ship stuff out.

What kind of spacers?
Wheel spacers?

What exactly are you asking for? King doesn't check the board. So you will not elicit a response from them.

When did you order them? A week, a month, a day?

Keep in mind that if they sent them UPS, then UPS doesn't care how far away you are, they will ship through a hub location, so it will take a few days.

Have they provided you with a tracking number? Have you tried to contact them to request a tracking number?

I belive there are a lot of people here who are willing to help you solve a problem, but I also suspect that there are fewer people who are interested in hearing a rant. Please take a step back, think about what you want us to do for you, and ask us. Keeping in mind that none of us are or work for, King Motorsports.

Thanks.

but i think that they are understaffed, ups will ship it out less than a week if they got the order from King....

i think their site and support from SPEED and magazines are overrated...

or should i say it got me fooled thinking that its a decent distrutor of Mugen....

not trying to start any flames...

just want to know if anybody's got different experience....

What Mugen catelog did you find H&R wheel spacers in?

King Motorsports is THE US distributor for all things Mugen. They are knowlegable and able to help you decide on the parts you are looking for to meet your needs. They race their cars which lends credence to what they say will work.

You placed the order on a Saturday, which means they wouldn't have even THOUGH about processing it until Monday. As it turns out they didn't compelte the order until today. However, in the meantime they didn't charge you anything.

I'm sorry, I don't mean to come down on you, and I hope you are not taking it that way at all, but I don't understand what the problem is?

Have you called them or e-mailed them or tried to contact them in any way to ask about the status of your order?

If you can't get any response from King through your inquiries, send me a PM. The owner and the manager are personal friends. I'll call on your behalf.
thanks but no thanks....very generous of you....

this seems to be getting ugly...

i'll say it again "NO OFFENSE TO NO ONE"

i'm sure they all are good people....

i'm the type of person that don't like waiting.

if they (King) could i would get the spacers shipped overnight to my house at my expense...

everyone, i just want your experience with King if any thats all...

i'm just upset that it will take more than 3 days for the product to reach my doorsteps...

when it only took 3 business days for MUZ to send me my X-brace from overseas...

then again businesses run differently...

1. the problem is.....it takes them that long to process an order???
i don't really take things personal over topics...but it is nice seeing everyone
acting mature, unlike other topics....

2. no....don't need to... i don't usually stress out on orders that's only $70

1. i'm confused too...i didn't say anything about spacers in catalogs...
i did say that "SPEED and Magazines overrated them"....

(H&R spacers are found on their website) the old one anyways....

2. i never criticized (i know...you never said i did) their technical skills, just their service, "online ordering service"

people... i was just upset and just wanted to know if anyone had had bad experience with King.

i will order from them in the future...just hope this doesn't happen again on their ordering process....

thank you very much ya'll.......
