My sister is buying a car for her husband for his 40th B-day. She is presenting it to him on October 29th. She is getting the car this Friday and in the meantime it will be parked in my parents garage.

It's black, and has been on a dealer's lot and been washed with sandpaper as near as I can tell LOTS of swirlmarks. I would like to have the car detailed just before the delivery. My parents live in Bartlett, and my sister lives in Bollingbrook, so I would like to find someone between those two spots to take the car to on the day of the party to have the detail done. So somewhere not too far off of Rt. 59.

Does anyone have any experience or suggestions for places to look into in that area?

The only reason I haven't responded to Pete's request is that he's looking for someone out in the western burbs and is looking for an exact day to do it...of which I'm not sure I'm free.

In anycase, I've detailed countless number of S2000s in our group, as well as many of the Euro guys, and quite a few exotics. Earlier this summer, for some reason I got bombarded with 4 Z06's in about a week's time frame. Tony, I can talk to you about what needs to be done with your car after taking a look at the condition of the paint if you're interested.
