How about a DFBAB (Derfs Frickin Big Azz Barbeque) Party?

Parking for 20 across the street from my home in Da Zoo (middle of the state) and a three car heated garage in my back yard for everyone to party in.

My place is also very easy to find, I am right off I-94 (one mile) on a main street.

Also a Kick Azz Webber Gas Grill (The Best Grill $500 can buy) Maybe Webber could be a sponsor.
