Default Multiplex Gym

I currently use Lake Shore Athletic Club, but I'm thinking about joining Multiplex due to the relocation of my office. Has any of you city folks here use/used Multiplex? Likes/Dislikes? Thanks

Just go take a look at it and see if it has what you're looking for. If it's a decent price and they have the equipment you prefer to use, go for it. I wish I could help, but I've never heard of it. I just workout at Lifetime and sometimes at the YMCA.

X-sport is where it's at!

- Niles - is my particular favorite

there are a few nice locations in chicago too...

- Crunch fitness is one you should look into as well!
